Michael Wylie

Michael Wylie is a restaurant franchise salesman based in southeast Michigan. He previously spent 7 years working on unscripted TV shows in Los Angeles. This included a year and a half as writers' assistant on cable clip shows that legally did not have writers. He moved back to his home state of Michigan in 2022, back when it seemed like remote work might last forever (whoops). Michael took a day job in business development so he could provide a good life for his dog. He spends his free time writing, because he just hasn't been able to fill the void with painting, pie baking, beer brewing, curling, learning languages, creating board games, teaching martial arts to elementary schoolers, or any of the other hobbies he's tried. His main writing focus is serialized comedy. His scifi/romcom pilot "Love Rocket" earned a semi-finalist spot in the 2024 PAGE Awards.
