Jessica Green

Jessica Green is a kid who never grew up -- and at 5'2", she certainly looks like one. A lifelong fan of animation and fantastical genres, Jessica is passionate about telling larger-than-life stories with relatable characters, redemptive themes, a healthy dose of laughter, and, frequently, talking animals. She is the proud writer-mama of six original pilots, a spec episode of PHINEAS AND FERB, and an award-nominated feature about a Broadway-bound reindeer, BECOMING DANCER.

But for Jessica, storytelling doesn't end with writing her own stories. She is a firm believer that, from development to distribution, everyone is a storyteller. This belief anchored her decision to pursue a writing, production, and business-focused bachelor's in interdisciplinary studies at University of North Georgia. She intends to take what she's learned (and keep learning!) to support storytellers of all disciplines, whether she's in the writers' room or the production office.

Jessica is currently a freelance staff writer for SHILOH & BROS, a YouTube-first family action-comedy series with over 10 million subscribers. She also helps indie animation creators with production and marketing, organizes events for the Creators Society online animation community, and strives to create the best guest experience possible at her local movie theater (because friendly service and clean restrooms are key at this particular window!)

Outside of writing and developing, Jessica enjoys drawing, traveling, petting cats (and anything else furry), and getting lost in great stories, both on screens and in print.
