Originally hailing from rural-ville New Hampshire, Tammy has worked for big studios; Warner Bros, Universal and Illumination. Just call her a dinosaur whisperer and a banana-scented fart expert who also spent time in New Zealand working on the Hobbit movies.
She’s also worked as a wardrobe assistant on a horror film and an always-heard-but-never-seen call center employee for Unsolved Mysteries.
She writes what she loves to watch. Big budget, four-quadrant, tentpole films in the action, adventure, fantasy and sci-fi genres as well as self-contained thrillers. All with badass female leads suffering from relatable challenges.
She’s had scripts place in Austin Film Festival, Page, Screencraft, Scriptapalooza, Finish Line, Women in Film & ISA as well as others.
She’s been thrown by a horse, bitten by a cow, concussed by a quad, been on a plane that had to make an emergency landing on a too-short runway where a wheel exploded as soon as it hit the tarmac.
Of course she’s going to write about the fantastical. Real life isn’t exciting enough…
